Intro is a digital welcoming, information and guidance system, which acts as the first point of contact for the visitor in the entrance area. The visitor is visually greeted by name and reliably guided to his meeting. It also helps visitors find the correct contact person interactively in the case of an unplanned visit.

The program – leaves nothing to be desired

The standby mode can be customised as well as adapted at any time by the user. The options here range from the screensaver to the company presentation as well as the Internet. As soon as a visitor approaches Intro, the presentation is interrupted and a welcoming text tailored to the respective visitor or an interactive navigation screen appears, which is operated via the keys and directs the visitor to the right contact person. The standby status is activated again after a specified time. Furthermore, Intro can also take over access control of all persons who regularly need to be in the company.

How it works – program, activate, impress
Intro can be quickly and simply provided with the appropriate information via a LAN or WLAN connection or via the Internet. Optionally, Intro can also react via 12 freely configurable IO interfaces to the respectively connected peripheral equipment.

The design – as unique as the program

The appearance of Intro is just as flexible for its users as the program. Regardless of whether it is painted a trendy green, a classic grey or has a stainless steel design, the user can decide what best suits him. In order to ensure that the view of the information is free of smudges and fingerprints, Intro deliberately does not have a touchscreen format. The user navigates to his destination using the keys and always has a clear overview.

The technology – high-performance

Intro is equipped as standard with a 15" TFT screen, a sound system, four keys, which can be configured as desired, a proximity sensor and a current, high-performance industry PC, which is designed for widely diversified tasks and can be expanded in accordance with customer wishes with different components, such as microcontroller, transponder or card reader.
